At Square Peg Social Performance we believe good social performance is both a commercial and moral imperative. Our reason to exist is to help our clients contribute to a better society as well achieving their commercial goals. Our aim is to provide highly bespoke, ethical, intelligent and creative analysis, advice and support for clients across all sectors.

We are called Square Peg Social Performance because we believe social performance is often a bit of a square peg in a round hole. And because we believe the square pegs are to be celebrated – it’s the square pegs that end up changing the world.

We believe the world of business and social performance is replete with ethical questions, unknowns and opportunities to contribute on multiple levels. Therefore, we have devised three values to guide our business:

  • Ethics

  • Curiosity

  • Generosity

We strive for these values to be evident in every assignment we undertake.

Based in Toowoomba, Queensland, on the edges of the Surat Basin, we are one of the few social performance consultancies that is actually based in a resource region.
